Kouchure operates on a made-to-order / print-on-demand model. Due to this nature, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind after placing an order. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing a purchase.

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with valid proof, including order details and clear images or videos showing the issue.
